Accommodation rules and considerations

Turn off the hot/cold air conditioning when you are not in the apartment and at the end of your stay.

Log out of the TV streaming platforms before checking out.

Use the electric stove correctly and only with pots/pans suitable for ceramic hobs. Wait for it to cool down before cleaning.

At the end of your stay, take out the trash and deposit it in the street containers.

In case of a power outage, use the emergency stairs located on the ground floor.

Smoking is prohibited inside the apartment and making loud noises between 11:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m. Failure to comply will result in a fine.

Check-in is from 3:00 p.m. and check-out is until 10:00 a.m. Other times can be arranged at an additional cost of $50.

Lost, broken, or forgotten keys, stains on linens, or late check-outs will result in additional charges.


At the end of your stay, leave the keys in the same place where you found them.
