10-15 min walk · direct subway line D
A well-connected neighborhood with shops, restaurants, and Chinatown. The perfect balance: close to campus with everything nearby. Popular with families and professionals.
20-25 min by subway / Metrobus
A favorite among expats and digital nomads. Palermo Hollywood, Palermo Soho, parks, dining, and social life. A little farther from campus, but livelier.

How it works
The goal is for you to arrive with a confirmed stay instead of having to sort it out once you are here.
Step 01
Filter by neighborhood, dates, and budget. Every property is verified: the photos are real and the displayed price is final. Do it all before you arrive.
Step 02
Upload your passport or ID once, fully online. You do not need local paperwork, an Argentine payslip, or a property-owning guarantor.
Step 03
The manager confirms availability, the contract is signed digitally, and you receive check-in instructions. You arrive in Buenos Aires with everything arranged.
