Por favor, recuerda dejarlos apagados cuando no estés, especialmente al final de tu estadía. 2- El alojamiento cuenta con losa radiante. La misma se maneja con el termostato que hay en el living. También puedes utilizar la función calor de los aires acondicionados, pero no olvides apagarlos al dejar el alojamiento. 3- La televisión tiene acceso a diferentes plataformas de streaming, por favor, al terminar tu estadía asegurate de cerrar tu sesión para evitar inconvenientes. 4- El edificio cuenta con Laundry con cargo en el 2do piso, con lavadora y secadora. 5- Cualquier gasto extra de limpieza o reemplazo por mal uso o descuido de las sábanas o toallas será añadido a tu factura al final de tu estancia. 6- Por último, recuerda que fumar dentro del departamento está prohibido, al igual que los ruidos molestos entre las 8pm y las 7am. CHECK IN / CHECK OUT Nuestro ingreso es autónomo y el horario de ingreso es desde las 3pm (luego sin restricción) y nuestro horario de salida es hasta las 10am. Si quisieras ingresar fuera de estos horarios, podemos ofrecerte el servicio por un costo adicional equivalente a media noche de estadía y estará sujeto a disponibilidad. En este escenario podrás ingresar desde las 11am o salir a las 2pm. Si quisieras ingresar antes de las 11am o salir luego de las 2pm, sumaremos una noche adicional a tu reserva y la dejaremos bloqueada para ustedes. This apartment, completely renovated, bright and well decorated is the best place to rest after a long day touring the city of Buenos Aires. Close to trendy bars, bus lines and shopping, this accommodation offers everything you need for your stay. Located in Palermo 3 blocks from Plaza Holanda, one of the areas with greater gastronomic variety of the city of Buenos Aires. It can accommodate 4 guests. You enter the building through a door to the street, after walking through the reception hall on our left we have the elevator and stairs. Upon entering the apartment we will find a guest bathroom, a full kitchen, a dining room for four people, breakfast bar, a living room with air conditioning, smart tv, a sofa bed of 0.80 x 1.90 and another bed that comes out with cart from below also 0,80 x 1.90 and the balcony. Then access to the bedroom with air conditioning, a bed of 1.60 x 1.90 and the bathroom en suite with bathtub.
