IMPORTANT: •⁠ ⁠If you lose or break the key, you will be charged a replacement fee. •⁠ ⁠⁠If you forget the key inside the apartment, you will be charged a lockout service fee (provided that a locksmith does not need to be called). •⁠ ⁠⁠If you stain the sheets or towels, you will be charged for additional washing or replacement of the item if it cannot be recovered. •⁠ ⁠⁠If you smoke inside the apartment, you will be charged a fine. •⁠ ⁠⁠Check-out time is 10 a.m. (unless you have booked a late check-out). This time must be respected as the cleaning staff depends on your punctuality to do their work. Late check-out will be charged at the rate of half a night's stay.

Spacious and functional studio apartment, accommodating up to 4 guests, located in a central area with easy access to the entire city. Upon entering, you will find a fully equipped kitchen, dining room for four people, bathroom with bathtub, and a relaxation area with a king-size bed and sofa bed. The apartment has hot/cold air conditioning, high-speed Wi-Fi, Smart TV, safe, and all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay. The building offers a common area with a grill and laundry room (subject to availability from the administration). A crib is available upon request.

We are available on Airbnb every day from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. It is important to keep all communication within the platform to ensure transparency and support. In case of emergencies outside these hours, we will provide you with contact numbers once your reservation is confirmed.

Guests have exclusive access to the entire apartment. Entry to the building is via a shared entrance, and the apartment is located on a high floor. Check-in is self-service. During their stay, guests can use the terrace with barbecue.
