CHECK IN / CHECK OUT Check-in is self-service and check-in time is from 3 p.m. (no restrictions after that) and check-out time is until 10 a.m. If you would like to check in or check out outside of these times, we can arrange it depending on availability at an extra cost. IMPORTANT: •⁠ ⁠If you lose or break the key, you will be charged a replacement fee. •⁠ ⁠⁠If you forget the key inside the apartment, you will be charged a service fee (as long as a locksmith does not have to be called). •⁠ ⁠⁠If you stain the sheets or towels, you will be charged for additional washing or replacement of the item if it cannot be recovered. •⁠ ⁠⁠If you smoke inside the apartment, you will be charged a fine. •⁠ ⁠⁠Check-out time is 10 a.m. (unless you have booked a late check-out). This time must be respected as the cleaning staff depends on your punctuality to do their work. Late check-out will be charged at the rate of half a night's stay.

Modern and bright apartment, ideal for a comfortable stay in Buenos Aires. It has a spacious living-dining room with a sofa, TV, and table for up to 5 people, perfect for relaxing or sharing meals. The kitchen is separate, fully equipped, and has access to the laundry room. There are two bedrooms: one with a double bed and the other with two single beds, as well as a full bathroom with a shower. The balcony, which runs the length of the apartment, offers open views and a small table with two chairs for enjoying the outdoors. Ideal for up to 4 guests, in a strategic location with easy access to transportation and shops.

We are available on Airbnb every day from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. It is important to keep all communication within the platform to ensure transparency and support. In case of emergencies outside these hours, we will provide you with contact numbers once your reservation is confirmed.

The building has staircase access. The apartment is located on the 9th floor and can be accessed by both elevator and stairs.

The apartment is located in the Recoleta neighborhood. You can walk to supermarkets, pharmacies, cafes, restaurants, and shops. The area is safe and very pleasant to walk around. - Subway • Line D – Agüero Station (Santa Fe Avenue), a few blocks away. • Line B – Carlos Gardel Station, a few minutes' walk away. From there, you can easily connect to Palermo, Microcentro, and other parts of the city. - Buses Multiple lines run along Av. Santa Fe, Av. Córdoba, and Av. Corrientes, connecting to the entire city. - Taxi / Uber / Cabify Available at all times and very easy to hail from the area.
